I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies at SUNY-College of Environmental Science and Forestry I am also an affiliate in the Department of Geography at Syracuse University.

My research and teaching addresses global challenges of how to develop just and equitable patterns of infrastructural form and natural resource development in the face of a changing climate. I am interested in urban environmental governance, the politics of climate change adaptation, and how to plan for environmental sustainability and climate justice.

Previously, I was the Ecology, Evolution, Ecosystems and Society Postdoctoral Fellow at Dartmouth College, where I was affiliated with the Department of Geography and the Environmental Studies Program. In 2016, I received my Ph.D. from the School for Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan.
